1. 18 U.S.C. § 2258A Statutory Directive & Zero Tolerance

Natrium Technologies Inc. strictly prohibits the transmission, distribution, storage, forwarding, or hosting of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), child grooming solicitation, or non-consensual sexual exploitation of minors.

Under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and federal child safety mandates, electronic service providers maintain an unambiguous statutory obligation to report all instances of CSAM/CSAE immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and federal law enforcement agencies.

2. PhotoDNA & Hash Sharing Platform (HSP) Architecture

To prevent illicit media transmission without violating general user zero-knowledge privacy, Natrium incorporates automated perceptual cryptographic hash matching:

• Perceptual Signature Hashing: Uploaded attachments and embedded media are converted to robust perceptual hash vectors that resist cropping, scaling, re-encoding, and steganographic alteration.
• Authoritative Database Matching: Hashes are matched in real time against verified prohibited signature blocklists supplied by Microsoft PhotoDNA, Thorn Safer, and the NCMEC Hash Sharing Platform (HSP).
• Zero Raw Storage: Illicit media binaries are discarded at the boundary; only mathematical cryptographic signatures, transport headers, and IP metadata are retained for evidence dossiers.

3. Mandatory NCMEC Electronic Service Provider (ESP) Reporting

Upon detection of a verified prohibited signature match or explicit exploitation solicitation:

• The transmission is immediately halted and permanently dropped at the MTA gateway.
• An automated ESP incident report is compiled, containing sender username, email address, source IP, device fingerprint, perceptual hash signatures, and timestamp.
• The report is transmitted directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline via secure API for referral to appropriate federal, state, and international judicial authorities.

4. Irreversible Non-Appealable Account Ban Protocol

Violations of our Child Sexual Abuse Material or severe threat policies result in instant, permanent account and network termination:

• Active browser sessions and authentication tokens are destroyed immediately.
• Account status is permanently locked with status banned.
• Connecting IP addresses and hardware fingerprints are added to the perimeter firewall blocklist.
• No Appeals: Zero-tolerance safety determinations are final, permanent, and strictly non-appealable. No review requests, tickets, or appeals will be accepted or processed.

5. Severe Illicit Commerce & Weaponization Restrictions

Natrium similarly prohibits the use of its infrastructure for violent weaponization, including assassination solicitations, explosive/IED schematics, biological/chemical agent manufacturing recipes, and illicit black-market trafficking of controlled toxic substances (e.g. fentanyl analogues). Dispatches matching these criteria are dropped and permanently logged.

6. NIST SP 800-86 Cryptographic Evidence Preservation

When a prohibited incident occurs, Natrium logs an evidentiary record in our dedicated csam_law_enforcement_registry database table. In compliance with NIST SP 800-86 forensic standards, each dossier contains an HMAC-SHA256 tamper-evident proof to ensure chain of custody for federal law enforcement review.
