General terms, acceptable use policies, autonomous agent boundaries, and platform governance at Natrium Technologies Inc.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Services
These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute an express, legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Tenant”, or “you”) and Natrium Technologies Inc. (“Natrium”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of natrium.sh, our client-side web application runtimes, authenticated mail interfaces, SMTP/IMAP MTA relays, inbound Cloudflare webhook services, and associated APIs (collectively, the “Services”).
2. Vetted Admission & Anti-Abuse Standards
To protect overall mail deliverability and prevent automated abuse, all account creations require administrative ticket vetting. You agree not to use Natrium for:
- Unsolicited bulk email, commercial spam, or deceptive marketing campaigns.
- Phishing, credential harvesting, malware dissemination, or ransomware delivery.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any exploitation of minors (zero tolerance per 18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
3. AI Scraping & Agent Boundaries
Automated agents and LLMs accessing public documentation must strictly respect machine directives published at /robots.txt, /AGENTS.md, and /.well-known/agents.json. Unauthorized high-frequency scraping or automated credential-stuffing attacks trigger immediate perimeter firewall isolation.
